In February 2019 the United Kingdom Counter Terrorism and Border Security Act was updated, one key inclusion was the ability for the government to restrict where a British Citizen or Resident may go…  If ever there were any doubts in your mind concerning whether or not you are free or a vassal, let all doubt be put aside: you are a vassal, your fate is in the hands of the state.

The updated law now considers it an offence for a United Kingdom National or a United Kingdom Resident to “enter or remain in a designated area“.  Under these rules, unless you have special dispensation, you have 1 month to leave the area or risk prosecution.  (In case you are wondering, simply living there because you like the place is not considered dispensation.)  These areas are designated by the Secretary of State, and approved by Parliament.

So much for free will…
