Blow the whistle, bang the drum,

Sing and dance, and call for mum.

Crash bang wallop, smash, smash, smash,

The fire brigade join the crash.

Make the shape and then the sounds,

Wave your legs and arms around.

Children play until they drop,

When awake they will not stop.

As bedtime looms, they start to slow,
