The problem I think, with making up rhymes,

Is the need to find words that sound the same all the time…

So why go to the bother? just make up some stuff,

Invent your own words and other such guff.

Or be really lazy, and make no effort at all,

Just pick out a subject and let the words fall.

What does it matter, if the lines do not scan?

Who cares if it rhymes, just do what you can.

Poetry’s easy for those who don’t try,

Who simply write down lines of text that they think represent images but in fact have no rhyme or reason to them…
